About Us
Messidor is a Botswana based alternative Investment Management firm providing investment advisory and alternative investment solutions across real estate, infrastructure, private equity and private asset backed credit structures. We provide investors with tailor made investment and advisory services in private markets.
Real Estate
We generate attractive risk-adjusted returns for our clients by delivering low risk, progressive income returns (Rental growth) and capital value appreciation (NAV growth), through the implementation of our strategy. Our philosophy can therefore be outlined in three ways: Buy smart, optimise and dispose well.
Infrastructure
We focus on large-scale transportation, energy and utilities, communications, and social infrastructure projects in Botswana and select emerging markets backed by Sovereign guarantees.
Private Equity
We seek indirect investments in firms with an investment into property and infrastructure, particularly where we have deep expertise, strong sourcing advantages and the ability to create value from overall restructuring, development and a strong pipeline.
Private Asset Backed Credit Structures
We structure asset backed pseudo-debt structures for property related companies in high-growth sectors primarily in Botswana.
