Letsema Property Fund
The Letsema Property Fund, or LPF is a return driven real estate investment vehicle wholly owned by the Botswana Public Officers Pension Fund (“BPOPF”). The LPF was established by Messidor in 2012 to generate strong, risk adjusted returns from strategic real estate investments that preserve and grow retirement capital for members of the public service.
Lesedi Real Estate Fund
The Lesedi Real Estate Fund, or LREF is a newly established private real investment vehicle wholly owned by the Botswana Power Corporation Stadd Pension Fund (“BPCSPF”). The LREF was established by Messidor in 2026 to provide the BPCSPF with an exposure to real estate assets as an initial diversification strategy into the alternative assets.
